1. Submit ONE ticket with all the information in.

2. Use LOOM https://www.loom.com/ to screen record the EXACT issue you are having and explain in DETAILS what your problem is. Short questions without detail result in lots of back and forth between our operators and and will result in longer wait times for everyone.

3. DO NOT flood every email address, group and admins messengers with the same question in multiple places. We will get to your query as soon as possible. Multiple tickets and messages everywhere confuses and hinders our team and will result in longer wait times. If you want PRIORITY support, consider upgrading to MAB.
